Not to make this all about me, but I absolutely love this Aspen bed and breakfast! I booked a night at the Mountain Chalet Aspen during my Colorado and Utah road trip in October 2021, and it was a beautiful place to stay.
The location is terrific, as it’s located right in the center of downtown Aspen. Seriously, guests who stay here can easily explore the rest of this mountain town by foot. There’s ample parking underneath the hotel, and breakfast is included in the mornings with all the fixings.
Rooms at Mountain Chalet Aspen feel cozy and like they belong in a lodge, with exposed wood beams on the ceilings. Many of the rooms also offer a private balcony that overlooks the mountains or the small town.
Location: 610 S W End St, Aspen, CO 81611
For a more luxurious bed and breakfast in Aspen, stay at The Gant. It’s right by the foot of Aspen Mountain, making it perfect for people who will be visiting there during their stay. It’s also near the Silver Queen Gondola, Mill Street Fountain, and John Denver Sanctuary.
The rooms are super luxurious yet have that Aspen vibe to them still, with wooden accents throughout. Rooms come with private balconies, a kitchen with a stove and dishwasher, a fireplace, and more. It’s everything you’d ever need from any of the Aspen bed and breakfasts.
Of course, what’s included doesn’t end there! Everyone who stays at The Gant has access to American breakfast, five tennis courts, a fitness center, and a bar. Breakfast is served at the Pepperjack Cafe on-site, which also has coffee, alcoholic beverages, and lunch.

Of course, excellent facilities can also be found right at the property. There’s a swimming pool, ski equipment storage, business center, shared lounge, parking, and luggage storage.
