Each of the Bryce Canyon cabins features an outdoor patio with chairs and also grill access. The cabins are family-friendly, check-in is smooth, and there are quite a few restaurants just a quick walk (or drive) down the road.

I opted to stay at Bryce Country Cabins during my visit to Bryce Canyon, and it’s where I plan on staying when I get the chance to visit again! Plus, each room has air conditioning, so you’ll be comfortable during your stay, especially in summer.

The Best Western Plus in Bryce Canyon has an onsite restaurant, two swimming pools, free wifi, free parking, and more. You can even book a nicer room with a spa bath or hot tub just for yourself.

There is a wide variety of rooms available, including king rooms, queen rooms, and family suites that can host up to six people at a time. Rates vary depending on which type of room you book.

Amenities are abundant at the Bryce Canyon Log Cabins. You can find air conditioning, a microwave, a coffee maker, a television, and even free wifi. With a short drive to Bryce Canyon, this is a great place to stay when visiting the national park.

You can even request a room with barbecue access or a mountain view if you want, though each of the cabins has a pretty great view.

Red Ledges Inn

Bryce Canyon Lodge

Bryce Canyon Lodge is located right in Bryce National Park. This is one of the most popular places to stay when visiting the park, so you have to book your reservation well in advance, especially if you plan on visiting during the peak season in the summer.

While the lodge is open for most of the year, it is closed during Bryce Canyon’s winter season from November to March.

Staying here allows you to get to the best things to do in Bryce Canyon earlier in the day by beating the crowds.

At Bryce Canyon Lodge, there are quite a few different options for accommodations. Choose between classic cabins, guest suites, sunrise & sunset lodge rooms, or a guest studio. Of course, the price fluctuates depending on which you book.

The lodge features many amenities, including mini-fridges, coffee machines, phones, radios, and more.

Note that there isn’t air conditioning in the rooms because even in the summer, Bryce Canyon overall is pretty cool, and it doesn’t usually get higher than the 80s in the evening once the sun goes down.

Sunset Campground

Consider camping right inside the park at Sunset Campground. This is a reasonably popular campground in the park because it has a great location, only a mile from the visitor center.

At this campground, there are 100 sites with 50 tent sites and 50 RV sites. Staying in a tent is an awesome outdoor option, but be sure to choose the right sleeping bag, so you’re comfortable.

There aren’t any electrical hookups in this campground, but there is potable water that you can grab near the dump station. So, make sure that you have all the best RV accessories and must-have camping gadgets with you to make sure your RV is set for the night!

On average, tent costs per night are $20 a site, while RVs are $30 a site. In the summer months, between April and October, reservations are needed to stay the night. Outside of those dates, it’s first-come, first-serve.

North Campground

If you’re on a road trip, stay at North Campground, one of the cool places to stay near Bryce Canyon. This campground is also located near the Visitor Center and has easy access to the Fairyland Loop Trail and the Rim Trail, some of the best Bryce Canyon hikes.

Similar to Sunset Campground, there are 50 tent sites and 50 RV sites located at the campground. Amenities include trash collection, a nearby camp store opened seasonally where you can buy ice and firewood, and even seasonal laundry facilities. 

Costs for North Campground are the same as those at Sunset Campground; $20 a site for a tent and $30 a site for an RV.

From the end of May to the beginning of October, reservations have to be made to stay at North Campground. Any other time, it’s first-come, first-serve, so you can feel free to stop by and see if there’s a spot available during your visit!
